How does it work?

Choose a gift, sign into Facebook and choose your lucky friend. Pay via Paypal, return to Gifterati to instantly post the gift to your friend's FB wall or to send an email if you prefer. We post the real gift within 24 hours to your friend, Australia-wide.

What if I don't know my Facebook friends home or work address?

Not a problem. When your friend sees their gift posted on their Facebook wall we will ask them to provide us with their address details directly to ensure a secure delivery. 24 hour dispatch occurs as soon as we have obtained the recipient's address.

Do I have to post my gift on Facebook for everyone to see?

No, you do not need to post notification of the gift on Facebook. You can send the gift directly to their friend by clicking "I would like to send directly without posting on Facebook" and then by entering their shipping address. We give you the option of sending your friend an email to let them know that they have a gift on the way.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

No problem. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, so when you check out, simply select 'pay via credit card'.

I really like one of your products for myself! Can I send myself one of your gifts?

Of course! Just proceed as usual, choosing "I would like to send directly without posting on Facebook" and provide your shipping address.

When will the gift arrive?

Unless otherwise noted, all gifts are dispatched within 24 hours of Paypal payment and receipt of the recipient's address. Where specifically noted, for some products (Corban & Blair, Bubcakes), an order is shipped directly from the source supplier and dispatch time is estimated at 2 - 3 days. Subsequent delivery times will vary according to the recipient's location, however standard shipping times are 3-5 working days after product dispatch.

Who can order gifts of Alcohol?

Only people over the age of 18 can order gifts that contain alcohol. The recipient of the gift must also be over the age of 18. Liquor Act 1982: It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

Do you include an invoice or any order information with the gift?

No, we don't include any order or invoice information what so ever. Your parcel will include the gift and a personal message from you to your friend. You will receive a receipt online once your Paypal payment is complete.

I have a great product for you! How can I add my products into your store?

We are constantly looking for great gifts to add to our site. Please click on the "Become a Supplier" button on the home page or use the Contact page to submit a query.

Why have I not received my gift in the post?

Using and Disclosing Your Personal Information

We respect your privacy. Any personal information that we collect about you will be used and disclosed by us so that we can provide you with the services that you have requested, or otherwise to enable us to carry out our business as suppliers of goods. Please be assured we will not disclose information about you unless the disclosure is required or authorised by law, you have consented to our disclosing the information about you, or for another purpose (related to the primary purpose of collecting that information) that you would reasonably expect.

Returns

If your item is damaged/ faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can organize the product to be returned and a replacement can be sent. If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting a message through our contact form. We will then ascertain who supplied the products and rectify any issues with them on your behalf. If your item isn't working properly, check the product manual that arrived with the item. You should contact the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting assistance, to request any missing pieces or replacement parts, or for more information about warranties for your item.
